This six-hour training teaches clinicians how to write solid treatment plans that help move your clients toward their treatment goals.

Learning Objectives:

•Identify the essential components of a behavioral health treatment plan that meet accreditation and third-party payer standards.

•Differentiate between problem statements, goals, objectives, and interventions when developing treatment plans.

•Apply assessment data to guide individualized treatment planning

•Develop SMART goals and measurable objectives for common clinical presentations in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

•Demonstrate documentation practices that align with medical necessity and justify continued care.

•Revise treatment plans based on client progress, reassessment data, and payer requirements.

CEU Information:

This course provides 6 CEU’s. CEU’s are Category 1 CEU provided by Indiana State statute 839IAC 1-6-2(F)(86)
