Join us for our 2021 Annual Mental Health and Addiction Symposium at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Plainfield on December 10th, 2021!
The Heroes for Recovery Luncheon will be hosted during the lunch hour of the event.
Parking will be FREE for all in-person attendees.

COVID-19 Protocol

MHAI’s 2021 Annual Mental Health and Addiction Symposium will be a hybrid event, though we highly encourage in-person attendance. We will be following CDC event guidelines.

The main stage of the conference will be streamed for all virtual attendees.

What we’re doing for in-person attendees:
  • Sanitation stations available throughout event space.
  • Proof of vaccination is required for all in-person attendees.
  • Masks are highly encouraged for in-person attendees.
What we ask from attendees:
  • Be vaccinated.
  • Please understand there is risk involved when attending any in-person event. MHAI is not liable for risk of exposure to illness.
